R. Buckminster Fuller's Synergetics (1975, 1979) proposed that whole-system behavior cannot be predicted from isolated components — synergy — and that maximum structural integrity can be achieved with minimum material through tensegrity. This paper demonstrates that these two principles provide the geometric and structural foundations for V=N/D (Katayama, 2026) and the Fiber Jungle Gym Theory (FJGT). V=N/D is shown to be the quantitative formalization of Fuller's ephemeralization principle. FJGT is shown to implement tensegrity logic at the cellular scale. The unified framework — Synergetic Bioarchitecture — spans five scales from molecular to cosmic, governed by the same geometric principles.
