Menno Pruijm

Menno Pruijm is Associate Professor of Nephrology and Hypertension at the University of Lausanne and médecin adjoint and head of the dialysis unit in the Service of Nephrology and Hypertension at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV). He trained as an MD at the University of Leuven in Belgium and specialized in internal medicine at Leiden University Medical Center before becoming a nephrologist in Lausanne in 2006. His research applies imaging techniques including functional renal MRI to study pathophysiology and hemodynamic alterations in chronic kidney disease and hypertension.
