The article presents a study of quality management issues in sports facility construction projects at all stages, from project initiation to acceptance by operational services. The study includes expert analysis of business processes, assessment of the effectiveness of quality management methods, including the quality of management decisions and communications, at each stage. The results demonstrate increased operational efficiency, reduced errors and improved communication between stakeholders, including government authorities, given the specificity and importance of the construction industry in sports-related projects.
