The use of advanced speed rides will increase alongside intelligent transportation system features. With high elevator speed, communication systems should allocate resources smartly to ensure service quality and safety. This paper introduces a novel resource-aware traffic-shaping approach for high-mobility vehicular settings. This approach enables the dynamic prioritization of critical data, network condition adaptation, and latency minimization, resulting in optimized bandwidth utilization, improved overall QoS, and enhanced service quality. The framework enables seamless communication in high-speed scenarios through context-aware resource allocation and strategic predictive modeling. Simulation results reveal marked improvement in throughput, delays, and overall resource utilization compared to these outdated traffic management schemes.
