Abstract

肺透明细胞间质肿瘤是新近认识的一种罕见的惰性间叶性肿瘤，分子遗传学上具有重现性的yap1：：tfe3基因融合。因其组织发生尚不明确，缺乏特异性的分化标志物，鉴别诊断谱系宽泛，容易误诊。本文报道1例原发于肺的透明细胞间质肿瘤，探讨其组织学诊断和鉴别诊断要点。.
