Figure S8. IGR burden was not predictive of ICB benefit in a dataset for advanced melanoma treated with nivolumab (Riaz et al. Cell 2017). Treatment-naïve tumor samples showed no significant difference between responders and non-responders in terms of their IGR burden levels.
