Formation of Self-Realishment of Future High School Teachers as a Pedagogical Problem

The work highlights the actual aspects of self-realization related to the personality development of future teachers in the context of modern higher education. The research is aimed at identifying and analyzing the main factors that influence the process of self-realization of future teachers, such as pedagogical training, professional development, as well as the sociocultural and psychological environment. The purpose of the article is to reveal the system-forming features of the formation of self-realization of future teachers of higher education in the context of pedagogical conditions and transformations. It has been established that the key role of education lies in the formation of self-realization of future teachers of higher education and is an important factor in the education of qualified pedagogical talents capable of influencing the development of students. The need to adapt to modern challenges, including taking into account cultural, technological and world trends, is determined, which contributes to the effective formation of self-actualization of future teachers of higher education. Ways to solve the problem of forming self-actualization of future teachers of higher educational institutions are analyzed, which require attention to various aspects, such as educational preparation, development of soft communication skills, self-education, support of staff and mentors. . The article draws attention to the importance of an individual approach to each student and teacher in order to stimulate his personal growth and professional self-realization.
