Abstract Scrub typhus is a significant pediatric health concern in endemic regions such as Manipur. This study analyzed 80 children diagnosed with scrub typhus to determine epidemiological patterns, clinical features, laboratory findings, complications, and outcomes. The majority of affected children were male, school-aged, and from rural or forested regions. Fever, organomegaly, hematological abnormalities, and multi-organ involvement were common. Complications included thrombocytopenia, hepatitis, myocarditis, renal impairment, and neurological manifestations. Early diagnosis and timely antibiotic therapy remain crucial to preventing severe outcomes and reducing morbidity and mortality among pediatric patients.
