A unified theoretical framework is proposed, describing spacetime as a non-orientable elastic manifold of the Möbius type, characterized by an intrinsic torsion of M = 10⁶ turns. This model replaces the conventional quantum vacuum with a high-rigidity elastic solid, defined by a Fundamental Tension Γ = 4.93 × 10³³ J/m. It is demonstrated through analytical derivation that inertial mass, quantum spin (1/2), and the quantization of atomic levels are direct consequences of a harmonic phase adjustment over a fixed metric of 6.25 nm (L-Metric). This work provides a mechanical solution to baryonic asymmetry through brane chirality and redefines gravitation as a pressure gradient within the L-Fluid, eliminating the need for mediating particles (gravitons). Furthermore, a deterministic interpretation of Dark Energy is proposed as the elastic return tension of the manifold. The obtained results show a relative error of less than 10⁻⁸ with respect to CODATA experimental values for the masses of the electron, proton, and neutron, establishing the foundations for a phase engineering capable of manipulating inertia and conductivity in a Non-Joule state.
