The changes made following suggestions by a reviewer had not beenapproved by all authors/project director.Instead of “Fundamental physics opportunities with future ground-based mm/sub-mm VLBI arrays” the title should read “Fundamental physics opportunities with thenext-generation Event Horizon Telescope”.
