Formulas & scaffolding: effective-action / Lagrangian framework and canonical definitions used across modules. Canonical tables (CANON) + audit layer: manifests, checksums (SHA256), and verification scripts to validate integrity deterministically. Galaxy dataset (SPARC rotmod, 175 objects): the original RotmodLTG. zip plus the extracted *ᵣotmod. dat tables for immediate reproducible tests.
