Site LA44088 is located in Torrance County, central New Mexico. This ancestral pueblo is situated on a low terrace in gravelly sand at the mouth of the east branch of Cañon Saladito. It comprises several rooms, at least two pithouses, and at least three kilns. Pollen and phytolith analysis address economic activity at this site.
