Description (Abstract): This paper presents a formal, non-constructive framework for evaluating the viability of causal structures using two orthogonal criteria: admissibility and survivability. Rather than predicting outcomes or optimizing actions, the framework determines whether an outcome is structurally possible at all under given constraints, and whether the corresponding causal route can persist without collapse. The work is intentionally non-operational and is published as prior art, establishing conceptual precedence for a pre-execution causal viability discipline within the broader Geometric Causal Intelligence paradigm.
