We develop an algebraic framework for studying systems with complementary symmetries. From a finite group G acting faithfully on a set X, we construct a commutative algebra generated by the fixedpoint intersection matrix Φ. We show that any G-equivariant linear operator T preserving certain local constancy conditions induces an operator TW on the space of complementarities that commutes with Φ. This provides a coherent algebraic theory for simultaneous diagonalization and offers a rigorous framework for analyzing the evolution of complementary structures.
