The subject of research of work is establishing and measuring the exterior factors from surroundings, demonstrated through SWOT analysis and AHP method on the very company "Minel Transformers " , Serbia. Theoretic frameworks of the subject research are given first, by explanation of the notions related to the SWOT analysis, as well as the defining the notions "advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threaths" directly aimed at the company being observed. Challenges of turbulent surroundings, competitiveness of the market and constant changes require from the company constant adjustment to changes, new conditions and market opportunities. Company "Minel Transformers " , Serbia, produces and sells a product which is very specific and used for the longer period of time, therefore, the most important indicators of performances of business are quality, reliability and longevity of use of those goods, while a legal person should work on speed, costs and flexibility in the future.
