(AI 6), There has been an increase in the level of concern regarding the ethical implications that may arise as a result of the automation of a variety of tasks and the subsequent job displacement that may result from this. The purpose of this research is to conduct a critical analysis of the ethical implications of artificial intelligence in terms of job displacement during the fifth industrial revolution. This analysis will be based on novel studies. This study also investigates the benefits and drawbacks that are associated with the incorporation of innovative artificial intelligence technologies into industrial policies. This study represents the first attempt to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of artificial intelligence (AI) and its influence on job displacement. The evaluation is based on the existing body of literature. At the end of the day, it highlights the critical nature of policy intervention that is urgently required to reestablish a balance between the benefits of artificial intelligence and the ethical ramifications that arise from these technologies, with a particular emphasis on job displacement.
