This submission presents a combined framework of Structured Information Field Dynamics (SIFD) and Structured Information Field Ontology (SIFO). SIFD is a minimal covariant scalar-field effective field theory in which all dynamics emerge from a single real scalar field Ψ (x^μ). Nonlinear self-interactions generate stable, localized, recurrent structures, which serve as field-theoretic analogues of observers. An information functional IΨ quantifies spatial and temporal field variations, and gradients of IΨ produce emergent interactions analogous to gravitational, quantum, and thermodynamic forces. Explicit analytic solutions for Gaussian localized loops demonstrate stability, recurrence, and induced forces. SIFO provides the minimal ontology implied by SIFD, defining structured distinctions, awareness, consciousness, and operationally measurable information processes. It links the mathematical formalism of SIFD to a consistent interpretation of emergent structures and localized systems. Together, SIFD and SIFO form a fully integrated, mathematically consistent, and operationally meaningful framework for studying emergent localized structures, forces, and information-driven processes in a single scalar-field theory.
