Abstract

We report extreme genuine multifractality (Δh = 3–6, z > 18σ) in superconducting qubit 1/f calibration noise from 778 days of IBM Quantum data (Torino, Fez, Marrakesh) and cross-platform sources. Bayesian DFA yields α = 1.013 ± 0.012, compatible with Beck’s cosmological hypothesis (α ≈ 1.035). Nonlinear dynamics are intrinsic (TLS cascades), while cosmic ray cross-correlations are purely linear (MF-DCCA). Full code, data, and figures included.
