This project is a scoping review investigating three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting approaches relevant to dental pulp regeneration within regenerative endodontics. The review aims to map and summarize peer-reviewed primary research on cell-laden bioprinted constructs designed for regeneration of dental pulp tissue. Specifically, it examines cell sources, bioink compositions, bioprinting modalities, experimental models (in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo), and reported biological and structural outcomes including cell viability, differentiation, vascularization, and tissue formation. The review follows PRISMA-ScR methodological guidance. Comprehensive searches were conducted in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Scopus. Study selection, data charting, and synthesis were performed using predefined eligibility criteria and structured extraction domains. The purpose of this scoping review is to characterize the current landscape of dental pulp bioprinting research, identify methodological trends and gaps, and support future translational development in regenerative endodontics.
