This project contains the foundational working paper for Institutional Mechanics, a physics-based analytical framework integrating execution capacity (ILT), structural deformation (ICT), survival time (ITC), entropy-based energy dynamics (BAN), fractal execution geometry (FEA), and execution-material science (IFT). The paper introduces the MSF Machine, the optimal mechanical configuration of institutional execution systems — providing the first universal blueprint for institutional performance, resilience, and collapse-prevention.
