IMPORTANT: empirical results reported in v1 are invalid due to a software error; those empirical claims are withdrawn; v2. 1 makes no validated empirical claim. This concise letter introduces the Architecture of Coherent Reality (ACR), a novel framework in which a globally-oriented "Causal Time Field" τ^μ enforces both the arrow of time and quantum-like phase coherence. After motivating the core postulates, the note outlines how small fluctuations δτ^μ can produce nonlocal correlations in Bell-type experiments and suggests concrete observables (Clauser–Horne and third-order T₃ tests) for empirical validation. Key points: Definition and physical role of the Causal Time Field τ^μ. Minimal "mass–like" model for fluctuations δτ^μ (see Supplement A). Sketch of expected signatures in Bell data. Research roadmap for further theoretical and experimental checks.
