Structural Differentiation Cosmology (SDC) is a framework in which the observedcosmic acceleration is interpreted as an observational projection of irreversibleinternal relational reconfiguration in an externally closed universe. Version 1. 3 focuses on observationally testable consequences. A redshift-dependent effective equation-of-state parameter wₑff (z) is introduced, emerging from structural differentiation dynamics without invoking dark energyor additional physical entities. Predictions for cosmic expansion and structure growth are presented and comparedwith DESI observational data, providing clear and falsifiable distinctions fromthe standard ΛCDM cosmological model.
