An 87-year-old man presented with a pruritic brown papule in the right nasolabial fold, progressively enlarging for > 10 years and ulcerated for 7 years. Histopathology confirmed nodular BCC with tumor thickness ≥ 6 mm. Sonidegib (200 mg daily) was initiated, and a complete resolution was achieved after 5 months. No recurrence or significant adverse effects were observed 4 months post-treatment.Keywords: Sonidegib, therapy, locally advanced, basal cell carcinoma
