This note presents a minimal axiomatic core of Correlative Structure Theory (CST). It identifies three structural principles: correlative invariance under admissible transformations, spectral accessibility defined by the rank of positive semi-definite operators, and intrinsic order emerging from strict spectral rank loss in hierarchical projections.
