Abstract

본 연구에서는 RAW 264.7 대식세포를 이용하여 OHE의 항염증 및 항산화 효과를 평가하였다. 그 결과, OHE는 LPS 자극으로 유도된 NF-κB 경로의 과활성화를 억제하여 NO 생성과 iNOS 발현을 유의미하게 감소시켰다. 또한 ROS의 과생성과 TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 등 염증성 사이토카인의 mRNA 발현을 농도 의존적으로 억제하였다. 이러한 결과는 OHE가 항염증 및 항산화 기능을 지닌 건강기능식품 소재로 활용될 수 있다는 가능성을 시사한다.
