In this analysis, we have presented the convective rheology of generalized ferro fluids composed of manganese and nickel in view of their potential applications in biomedical sciences. to detect and treat cancer disease. Characteristics of hybrid ferro fluid with dual bases i.e. water and ethylene glycol in the presence of magnetic induction properties are analyzed. Mathematical modelling is performed for the complex peristaltic flow and artificial intelligence method is employed for computations of velocity, magnetic induction and temperature profiles. Performance plots, fit curves, mean square error, regression, error histograms and bar chart are prepared for the convergence analysis. Influences of biological aspects dealing with ferro fluid composed of manganese and nickel have been presented via graphs and tables.
