Structural Localization under Non-Constructive Constraint

This paper presents a non-constructive formulation of structural localization. Difference-configuration is fixed as a non-numeric structural relation that admits no reduction to metric, subtraction, or magnitude. Within this framework, constraint is not treated as a function or operation, but as a non-cyclic and non-branching structural condition acting on difference-configurations. Time is not presupposed as an independent parameter and is fixed only under this constraint. Identity retention is defined as a structural condition internal to difference-configuration. It does not presuppose correspondence, transport, or mapping across configurations. On this basis, non-retention and retention are fixed as loci under constraint. Persistence is introduced as the non-collapse of retention, and localization is fixed as the internal structural differentiation of persistence. The framework excludes constructive definition at the level of these loci. The use of assignment is not adopted, since it fixes terms as independent entities and thereby conflicts with their relational status. Accordingly, the formulation rejects constructive expression where the relevant structural elements appear only under constraint. From this configuration, a series of structural exclusions follows: no difference-configuration admits global retention; retention does not propagate under constraint; reconstruction is not admitted; and no difference-configuration admits closure. The result is a non-generative structural system in which localization is fixed without construction, transformation, or set-theoretic determination.
