With the increasing use of collaborative robots, minor injuries caused by contact with machines have become a growing concern. This study aims to simulate minor finger injuries using a rabbit hind limb model as a human tissue surrogate. CT data were processed into a 3D hexahedral mesh model including skin, muscle, and bone. Finite element analysis was performed using a cylindrical impactor (10 mm diameter) under conditions matching in vivo experiments (20 mm/s, 130 N). The simulation reproduced localized stress concentration and skin rupture similar to experimental observations, showing skin tearing and muscle exposure. The constructed model enables analysis of transient loading conditions, simulating scenarios where the rabbit hind limb substitutes for the human finger. The constructed model enables detailed analysis of transient loading conditions, providing insights into the mechanisms underlying minor injuries caused by robot collisions.
