Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effect of repeated application on the peel bond strength of maxillofacial adhesives used for prosthesis retention. Methods: An in vivo experimental study was conducted among 26 volunteers. Standardized adhesive strips were applied to forearm skin and peel bond strength was measured using a universal testing machine at five time intervals over seven days. Repeated measures ANOVA was used for statistical analysis. Results: Mean peel bond strength values remained stable across all application intervals. No statistically significant differences were observed between repeated applications (p = 0.117). Conclusions: Repeated application of maxillofacial adhesive does not compromise bonding performance, supporting its clinical reliability and sustained prosthesis retention.
