This document has been developed with the aim of providing an operational tool for the monitoring of lagoon ecosystems in the framework of the E-TRACE “E-TRACE Ecotoxicological Monitoring Protocols for Lagoon Ecosystems” Project which aimed at developing a novel methodology for assessing environmental risks associated with anthropogenic activities and their synergistic interactions with climate change impacts on biodiversity and ecologically valuable ecosystems.
