Experiments on the in vivo non-thermal effect of nanosecond electrical pulses on soft tissue sarcoma S37 and Lewis lung carcinoma tumors inoculated on laboratory mice are described. The pulse parameters that make up effective therapy regimens that lead to significant inhibition of tumor growth over several weeks have been determined. The combination of non-thermal effects and chemotherapy has been studied and it has been concluded that the combination of the two methods is more intense than the action of one of the components. Experiments have shown that a non-thermal effect on sarcoma S37 in an effective therapeutic mode inhibits the development of metastases in the lymph nodes.
