The article is devoted to the development of a recommended (standard) sample for drawing up a plan of garrison measures for fire and rescue garrisons in the Russian Federation. The results of the analysis of the activities of fire and rescue garrisons in planning garrison ac-tivities are presented. The data analysis showed that similar activities are not planned in garrisons in more than 46% of all activities, and activities with the highest number of matches are planned only in 3% of cases. Generalization, compilation, and comparison methods were used for the research. The lack of a unified approach to planning the activities of fire and rescue garrisons has been identified, which generally has a negative impact on the results of achieving the objectives set for the territorial fire and rescue garrison. As a result of the detailed analysis of the activities, a recommended (standard) template for drawing up a garrison activity plan has been developed. The use of these results will allow for a uni-fied approach to planning the activities of fire and rescue garrisons, which will positively impact the management process in achieving the objectives set for the territorial fire and rescue garrison. Conclusions. Based on the conducted research, the obtained results, and the prepared conclu-sions on the implementation of planning in fire and rescue garrisons, a standardized (model) plan for garrison activities has been developed that meets the requirements of the new order issued by the Min-istry of Emergency Situations of Russia on January 13, 2025, No. 19, «On Approval of the Regula-tions on Fire and Rescue Garrisons and the Procedure for Attracting Forces and Resources of Fire Pro-tection Units and Fire and Rescue Garrisons for Fire Fighting and Emergency Rescue Operations.» 55 events have been submitted and proposed in accordance with the tasks of the garrison service. When drawing up the plan, almost all sports and other events, including congratulatory events, which are ini-tially included in the plans of the main events of the Main Directorates of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, were ex-cluded, and other events were proposed, at the discretion (by decision) of the head of the fire and res-cue garrison, depending on the specific features of the territorial location of the garrison. The pro-posed typification of the fire and rescue garrison's activity planning process allows for its digitalization through the implementation of electronic platforms.
