Purpose - This paper examines how integrated omnichannel marketing strategies enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. It seeks to identify key drivers, frameworks, and technologies that contribute to seamless customer experiences and improved engagement outcomes. Methodology - A qualitative synthesis of existing literature combined with conceptual modeling is employed. The study integrates theoretical frameworks such as customer journey mapping, personalization algorithms, and cross-platform analytics to propose a unified omnichannel engagement model. Findings - The study finds that consistency across channels, real-time data integration, and AI-driven personalization significantly enhance customer engagement. Organizations leveraging unified data ecosystems achieve higher retention and satisfaction rates. Practical Implications - Businesses can implement integrated customer data platforms (CDPs), leverage predictive analytics, and align messaging across touchpoints to improve customer experience and engagement metrics. Originality - This paper contributes by synthesizing fragmented research into a cohesive framework that integrates emerging technologies with omnichannel strategy execution.
