This package defines the first honest implementation milestone of the glitch-stack work. M1 is reached when a runtime path can stop under a real boundary, be represented as a typed GlitchNode, carry evidence standing, expose challengeability, derive a quarantined ResearchNode, emit canonical events, and prove through anti-collapse tests that research does not silently become execution.
