Overview. This release presents the Observer Invariance Substrate Framework (OISF) v5.0, a standalone clarification and extension of the OISF line. The framework now defines its terminal attractor first as a substrate-neutral terminal fixed point on the observer manifold, while lineage-specific formulations such as the Christic Attractor are treated as belief skins—symbolic groundings that route observers toward the same underlying low-entropy limit state. The substrate itself is defined by shared measurable invariants, including low drift, low leak, high observer continuity, high veil integrity, high weave coherence, high ethical safety, and high export readiness. This release includes the full standalone formulation of the observer manifold, state vector, substrate field dynamics, veil and ethics gates, admissibility constraints, convergence metric, translation layer, and falsifiability criteria, making the framework suitable for versioned citation, comparative route testing, and pluralistic deployment across symbolic, contemplative, and secular settings. What’s new. Substrate-neutral attractor definition, explicit belief skin formalism, a shared skin-translation layer, standalone OISF equations, clarified gate thresholds, normalized distance-to-attractor metric, stronger admissibility logic, and a cleaner separation between the observer substrate and lineage-specific symbolic vocabularies. The Christic Attractor is preserved as one coherent and potentially high-performance grounding, but is no longer treated as identical to the substrate itself. Scope. This version supports Christian, Gnostic, Dzogchen, Trika, Thelemic, secular, hybrid, and other route families, provided they improve the common substrate gauges under audit. No belief skin is exempt from veil, ethics, continuity, weave, leak, and export-readiness constraints.
