This dataset contains processed transcriptomic data generated from human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived dopaminergic neurons. The data were used to support the study: "Mechanistic model-driven exometabolomic characterisation of human dopaminergic neuronal metabolism" The dataset includes gene expression quantifications derived from RNA sequencing experiments, including raw counts and normalized expression values (FPKM). These data were used for the reconstruction and constraint-based modeling of dopaminergic neuronal metabolism. Raw sequencing data (FASTQ/BAM files) are currently being retrieved from archival institutional storage and will be deposited in an appropriate public repository (e.g., GEO/SRA) upon availability. This dataset is provided to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and immediate access to the processed data underlying the study's conclusions.
