We present a topological–dynamical framework for defect formation based on a Möbius current formalism. The model links U(1) holonomy, contour quantisation, and winding conservation through a complex differential identity. An external circulation mechanism enforces flux conservation, stabilising the neck scale and removing divergence. The resulting system admits a self-sustained winding process under suitable conditions.
