This paper presents the design and fabrication of a compact triple band microstrip patch antenna for WLAN, satellite TV broadcasting, radar, and 5G applications. The antenna uses a hexagonal patch with slots and inclined strips to achieve multiband operation. It operates at 5.38 GHz, 6.76 GHz, and 8.82 GHz with good return loss and VSWR < 2.
