We present V9. 5 as a physics-forward extension of the V9. 2 transition formalism. In the retained core, gravity becomes effective through the smooth activation profile ΓG (χ), the effective coupling Gₑff = G · ΓG drives compactness toward the light-hole threshold C ≥ 1, and a collapse-clock factor Θc suppresses local proper time in the post-transition regime. Dark-sector co-genesis remains governed by ∂ₜ ρDM = λDM ELH (ρDM, * − ρDM). On top of that backbone, V9. 5 adds four disciplined working extensions: a dark-scaffold threshold ρcrit, DM, a dimensionally normalized baryonic-condensation law, a lag structure τₗag between dark-sector assembly and visible-structure formation, and a provisional localization gate tied to stabilized geometry, baryonic structuring, and an open localization functional Qₗoc. The 1-9, 1-363, and 364 = 363 + 1 harmonic architecture is retained as the model’s harmonic timing structure, while return-side physics is limited to a tentative phase-dependent suppression of anisotropic stress near closure. Interpreting the pre-geometric regime as Luminous Unity remains part of the model’s identity, but the public presentation of V9. 5 is deliberately centered on post-transition effective laws and falsifiability.
