This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of gum-chewing therapy (GCT) and biofeedback therapy (BFT) in patients with lifelong premature ejaculation (LPE). Between April and October 2025, 84 patients presenting to the urology outpatient clinic were evaluated. Inclusion criteria were a Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool (PEDT) score >11 and an intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) p < 0.001). Although numerical improvements were greater in the GCT group, intergroup differences were not statistically significant. Gum-chewing therapy may represent a simple, discreet, low-cost, non-pharmacological treatment option for LPE.
