It formalizes current best practices for ingesting, processing, quality-controlling, and disseminating satellite-derived HAB indicators across a diverse and evolving satellite sensor fleet. These guidelines emphasize standardized, reproducible workflows that support both near–real-time operational forecasting and longer-term retrospective analyses.
