This experiment employed an electrodeposition method combined with a colloidal sphere template to fabricate NiCo oxide/NiCo selenide nanosheets on Ni bowl-like micro/nano array film. The sample exhibited good capacitive performance in a three-electrode system, achieving an areal specific capacity of 19.18 µAh/cm 2 at a current density of 1 mA/cm 2 . Subsequently, it was coupled with a zinc foil to assemble a nickel.zinc battery. In this two-electrode system, the device delivered an areal energy density of 30.43 µWh/cm 2 and an areal power density of 1.66 mW/cm 2 , making it a promising electrode material for electrochemical energy storage applications.
