Case: Pes anserinus bursitis after total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is rare. A 64-year-old woman with well-controlled type 2 diabetes mellitus presented with right-sided medial knee pain and swelling 18 months after bilateral TKA. Initial evaluation raised suspicion of prosthetic joint infection. Imaging and aspiration confirmed isolated pes anserine bursitis. Surgical excision was performed; the culture report showed Candida glabrata . The patient was successfully managed with voriconazole, repeated debridement, and negative pressure wound therapy. Conclusion: This is the first reported case of fungal infected pes anserine bursitis post-TKA, highlighting the need for fungal evaluation and multidisciplinary care.
