In the present study, an initial mathematical modeling has been performed with a proposal to solve the problem of mutual control of energy complexes. The formulation was based on the problem of the interconnection of large power units with different parameters in the phase space of alternating current indicators, which caused physical, energy and management failures in the system. As an initial stage, it was possible to fully describe the noise generated during the use of several power systems for full implementation, study the features and present possible solution methods for further consideration. During the solution, Heaviside telegraphic equations were applied, derived for the general power transmission line system from Maxwell's equations, followed by a solution using the Fourier variable separation method. To describe and establish conclusions, boundary and initial conditions are set with respect to coordinate indicators in the described phase space to obtain an analytical form of the resulting noisy signal function. As conclusions, complete visualizations and descriptive mechanics of the system are presented, with the conclusion of the consequences in the field of management tasks.
