From the core perspective of gravity and the regular patterns of neuronal extension, this paper proposes the counter‑gravity evolutionary mechanism of animals and systematically constructs a complete evolutionary deduction chain spanning from deuterostomes to humans. This study integrates counter‑gravity evolution, epigenetic regulation and Darwinian natural selection, establishing a trinity unified interpretive framework for animal evolution. On this basis, it sorts out a coherent evolutionary pathway from multicellular organisms and coelenterates to fish, amphibians and amniotes, and further to human ancestors and modern humans. It also traces the common ancestors of high‑intelligence humans on the eve of civilization. The framework clearly clarifies the internal causes for the extraordinarily rapid evolutionary rate of deuterostomes and reveals the core driving force behind their evolution. Meanwhile, it enables the reconstruction of general evolutionary pathways to a certain extent based on species skeletons and tissue structures, and provides novel interpretations for diverse biological phenomena.
