AbstractThis work presents a mathematical formalisation of quantum non-locality within the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FQHP). A modified Trojan–Hopfield–Zi (THZ) action is proposed that splits physical reality into two channels: a projection channel (speed of light c) and an information channel (effective processing speed Vₑff). It is shown that Vₑff is derived from the Lloyd limit and the hierarchical suppression factor 2N, where N = ln (Rₒbs/ℓP) ≈ 141. 5 is the total number of levels in the fractal hierarchy of the barrier. The obtained value Vₑff ≈ 1. 76·10⁶3 ops/s is fully consistent with the axiomatics of FQHP 3. 0. The recurrence sequence and parameters of deep fractal packing (D₂ = 2. 72, NH = 42, η = 0. 72) determine the topology of entanglement channels but do not alter the numerical value of Vₑff. Quantum entanglement is interpreted as a physical process of information transfer through the highly connected deep level, which explains the “advanced rendering” effect without violating causality. Note on version: This is version 2. 0 (corrected) of the preprint. Version 1. 0 contained an erroneous derivation of Vₑff ≈ 10⁹1 ops/s via Iₐctive. In version 2. 0, this derivation has been replaced with the correct one, consistent with FQHP 3. 0 and preprint 3. The value Vₑff = 1. 76·10⁶3 ops/s is obtained from the Lloyd limit and the hierarchical suppression factor 2N. All other sections remain unchanged.
