Upbringing Work with Cadres of the Special Expedition for Underwater Works (EPRON) on the Pacific Ocean in the 1930s

The article is based on materials from the Russian State Naval Archives (RSNA) in Saint Petersburg, first put into scientific circulation in 2025. The author analyzed educational work with cadres of the Special Expedition for Underwater Works (EPRON) on the Pacific Ocean in the 1930s. The main focus is on considering the types of personnel training, methods of punishment and encouragement. The conclusions reflect that in the studied period, educational work with personnel was systematic, included diverse methods.
