The model is smooth, horizon-regular, asymptotically recovers 4D Schwarzschild geometry, and is testable via black hole shadow and gravitational-wave observations. No unproven claims are made regarding curvature regularity, energy conditions, or geodesic completeness; all open items are clearly labeled for future derivation.
