This document develops the substrate-inscription duality and derives geometry, dimensionality, and temporal thickness as structural consequences of bounded evaluation under Field-Logic. The substrate is defined as the read event: maximum configuration states under continuous resolution. Inscription is a resolved evaluation that denies access, carving boundaries that reduce the accessible configuration space within a given information horizon. A conservation invariant is established: accessibility and inscription are conserved jointly within any information horizon. Geometry is derived as the accumulated topology of inscribed boundaries, not as a container for events. Dimensional emergence is derived through triadic coupling of bounded circulation modes, saturating at three independent phase offsets. Temporal thickness is derived as a structural consequence of the nonzero resolution interval between distributed contradiction detection and globally consistent collapse. Falsification conditions are provided for each invariant. This document establishes the geometric ground from which cost geometry and physical correspondence are developed in subsequent work.
