This Zenodo record contains Version 3 of X-State Field Theory (XSFT), extending the core framework established in Version 2.0 toward direct observational and experimental tests. The paper develops cosmological perturbation theory, derives primordial black hole dark matter abundance within the XSFT framework, establishes non-linear stability through Vainshtein screening, defines the viable parameter space, introduces quasi-normal mode and echo templates for LIGO/Virgo/KAGRA analysis, and proposes a high-Earth-orbit mission protocol based on the 171Yb+ clock transition. Together, these results position XSFT as a falsifiable unified framework linking gravity, cosmology, black hole physics, and quantum decoherence. The work identifies concrete signatures for Euclid, DESI, LISA, and current or near-future gravitational-wave searches, and formulates a satellite-based experimental test of geometric-bath effects on quantum coherence.
